How are the accommodations?
We arrange 5 star hotels in Makkah and Medina that are close proximity to the  haramain. Hotels include Breakfast and Dinner buffet included.

Will there be any religious guidance during the journey?
Yes, an Imam who has experience in performing hajj will accompany groups. Imam will be giving specific religious guidance and lectures before and along the journey.

What type of Hajj will we be performing?
We will be performing Hajj Tamattu InshaAllah

How will we be performing the Qurbani (Sacrifice)?
We will be arranging a Qurbani on your behalf. Please note that this is not part of the Hajj package. Extra cost will apply.

How many Umrahs will we be doing with the Imam and the group?
If you are going for Hajj, you will be performing 1 Umrah with the Imam & Group on the day you arrive there. If you are going on an Umrah trip, you will have up to 2 Umrahs performed with the Imam & Group.

Will we have access to our Hotels during the days of Hajj?
You will have access to your hotel even during the days of Hajj. All personal and important belongings can be left safely in your hotel rooms while you are in Mina, Muzdalifa, Arafat or performing Jamarat.

Will I have to pay for my meals?
In Umrah, Breakfast buffet is served in hotels and included in your package. You will have to buy your own lunch and dinner. Average cost of each meal per person is about $5 CAD. In Hajj, Breakfast & Dinner buffets will be served in hotels and are included in your package. You will have to buy your own lunch. During the days of Hajj, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are all served during the days of Hajj.

What should I wear while on this journey?
Aside from Ihraam, you are recommended to take comfortable and loose clothing that is easier to move in and light colour clothes are also recommended, as it gets very warm in Saudi Arabia. During winter time, it is recommended to take a light sweater or fleece as it gets chilly at night or mornings.

Can I do my laundry during this trip?
You can pay and get your laundry done at the hotel. They charge by per item. Prices vary depending on the item. You can always buy detergent and wash your own clothes in your hotel room as well.

How much money should I take along with me?
Please allow for any food / laundry bills and shopping/souvenirs that you will buy during your stay. It is recommended to take at least $500-$1000 depending on your shopping habits.

Where and How can we arrange Zam Zam water?
As per airline guidelines, the only water allowed in the luggage is the one that is packaged and sold at the airport by the government. Zam Zam water can be purchased at the airport for a 5 gallon Zam Zam bottle.

What if I get sick during the trip?
We strongly advise that you take all your regular medications with you, and enough backup medications to last you for the full period of journey incase you get sick.
